Congratulations to Amanda Brown from Prospect for achieving her Level 1 Foundation Course which closely parallels the Certified Horseman Assoc. levels.  In addition to what the CHA requirements are, Amanda had to demonstrate with her partner Aquila, who is owned by Bethany McCune, simple ground handling and training exercises as well as more in-depth riding skills by performing lateral flexion and yielding of the hindquarters.  Amanda is 15 and has been riding at the ranch for almost a year and has always worked entirely for her lessons.  She has a quiet nature and soft hands with the horses and posseses great work ethics.  These traits coupled with her commitment will allow her to continue to grow into an exceptional horsewoman.

This beautiful gift, we call the horse, God has given us, with trust of course,

We must rise to the ocassion, and learn as much as we can, to be able to ride as one, in partnership.   It is God's plan.

We have much to learn, about trust and love, from this beautiful creature, God has sent us from  above.

Come join us in our journey, we have begun, in developing the horse and human.
