Horsemanship and Riding Lessons

Clayton and Ragean Lee specialize in instructing the new and seasoned rider or horse owner utilizing natural horsemanship and dressage philosophies.  The instruction encompasses all aspects of horse care and stewardship, riding and training.  The new equestrian of any age will gain the necessary skills and confidence for a life time of enjoyment and possible ownership.  The seasoned rider or owner will reap the benefits of training and developing their own horse while sharpening their horsemanship and riding skills.

The priority is always placed upon safety and developing well-trained, balanced, confident and relaxed riders and horses that will always perform better in any situation and discipline.

One Hour Lessons

  • 1 Lesson for $40

Foundation Horse Development

The desire for horses visiting the ranch is to be given a positive solid  foundation from the ground up.   This allows for the young or older horse to become and remain mannerly, light , responsive ,balanced  and to develop arelaxed willing frame of mind..  All ages, breeds, disciplines and levels are accepted and welcomed.  Training is always tailored to meet horse’s maturity level, demands and condition.  Two lessons are also included for the owner and they are encouraged to visit and observe as much as possible.                          

$650 All Inclusive for 30 Days - atleast 60 days is highly recommended

$725 for Stallions and Wild Horses  

Horsemanship Clinics

Clinics offer an intense and powerful learning experience for both horse and rider.  With multiple riders you gain insight from everyone participating.  Clinics may be 3-6 hours in length and tailored for your facility and needs.  Special benefits offered to the host.  Auditors are always welcome.  Call to discuss details and reserve your date.

Apprenticeship and Intern Program   

Dedicate yourself to a higher learning curve. Work and study with Clayton and Ragean and other professionals for farriership, training and/or instruction.   Great on the job training.  Call for details and availability.

Girl Scout Programs

Horse Badge Certifications and  ranch fieldtrips for your troop.  The scout programs involve hands on learning acitivities and always a ride.  Call for your troop today!
